DTZ carried out the highest and best use analysis of the 1.7042 ha land plot located in Kyiv. As part of the assignment, we formulated a commercial concept for development of a scheme comprised of  a multi-family residential building and business centre with ancillary amenity facilities (several scenarios were considered).
