By the beginning of autumn 2021, coworking ‘Regus’ of the transnational operator of office premises IWG is planned to open in Lviv. The first coworking ‘Regus’ in Lviv will be located in the modern creative space KIVSH. International consulting company Cushman & Wakefield supported the transaction.
Coworking ‘Regus’ will be located on three floors of the second building of the KIVSH creative space at 120 Shevchenko St., and will occupy 1,400 sq m. Residents of the coworking space will find in ‘Regus’ the necessary infrastructure for effective work – a business club for work, meetings and recreation, spacious coworking, meeting rooms and private offices of various formats.
“The business area of providing serviced workspace rental services is an integral part of the modern office real estate market. This efficient format allows you to organize comfortable accommodation for employees without the cost of repairs and arrangements of the workplace. Flexible offices provide convenient lease terms – a contract can be signed for a short period, or, if necessary, the amount of occupied space can be quickly optimized, – said Levon Papoyan, head of office agency and consultancy at Cushman & Wakefield in Ukraine. – ‘Regus’ entry to Lviv market symbolizes a new stage in the development of office real estate in the city, which is currently experiencing an active phase of development. A large number of international and Ukrainian tenant companies are represented on the market, which demonstrate significant growth dynamics and require optimal and flexible office solutions. To answer this request and meet the needs of tenants, ‘Regus’ is opening a modern coworking space in one of the most interesting locations in Lviv."
Yulia Lytvynenko, Director of Regus in Ukraine: “We have been planning to open in Lviv for a long time, but we could not find the ideal location for the first ‘Regus’. Having got acquainted with the KIVSH concept, at the first meeting it already became clear that we would be partners, since we have the same goals and values for creating an innovative comfortable space where ideas are born and successful businesses are created. The demand for our offices and work formats from anywhere in the world is growing, and with the pandemic and the transition to a hybrid work format, when companies combine work in the office and remotely, this becomes a necessity. Cushman & Wakefield has provided professional support in the successful finalization of the deal."
Kateryna Knyzhytska, Director of KIVSH: “KIVSH brings together the best. The international company of flexible offices Regus will enter Lviv for the first time, and we are proud that among all possible locations it will be based in KIVSH. This collaboration is not only about high-quality services and maximum comfort; values have become a key element. Regus, like KIVSH, equally strives for the best possible atmosphere for inspired work. International consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield has professionally facilitated the deal between Regus and KIVSH, and now we look forward to a fruitful partnership."
