DTZ carried out a highest and best use analysis of the 11.59 hectares site near the International Boryspil Airport in the suburbs of Kyiv, and developed a commercial concept of an airport business park based on the survey of top managers of target occupiers for the project as to their occupational needs and preferences in the medium to long term.
DTZ’s team worked with the UK architects Auckett Fitzroy Robinson on the layouts of the buildings in the project.
