It is designed as a reference for comparing the situation of a shopping center in large cities and defining "hot spots" for future development areas. The information provided is similar for all cities in order to facilitate comparison.

- Supply, demand and rental rates for retail space in eight Ukrainian cities - Kyiv, Odessa, Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Chernihiv, Ivano-Frankivsk.
